supreme stupidity

As law roe v. wade is a disaster.  what the supreme court said is one  of the stupidist statements  I have ever read.  they said “we need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins… the judiciary at this point in the development of man’s knowledge is not in a position as to speculate as to the answer.”  then the supreme court went on to say: “If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant’s case {i. e. “Roe who sought the abortion}, of course collapses, for the fetus’ right to life is then guaranteed by the [14th] ammendment.      ??????  are they supposed to be intelligent? was there really even a court there?  So they said ” well maybe it’s really a person but we just don’t know, so until we find out you can go ahead and kill it.  You might really be killing millions of children, but since we can’t tell for sure just go ahead and kill as many as you want.  Of course if it turns out that a fetus growing in the womb of a human woman is really human life and not dog life or bug life or a fish or whatever, then whoops were sorry, i guess we legalized murder, but we didn’t know at the time so how can it be our fault.  Yes there might be some children behind that curtain, but we can’t see through it so just go on and shoot it full of holes.  you say you heard some screams?  Must have been a bird outside  or something.”                 I’m not trying to bring guilt on any woman who has had an abortion.  I know the Love of God brings forgiveness and healing. I’m just trying to understand how the supreme court could write what they did and still  pretend they knew how to think.        T. S.
